In the Lead up to Your Family Photo Session

When you inquire with me I will respond to you within 24-48 hours. If you've been waiting longer than that, check-in with me, because, honestly, something must've happened with your email. Your time is important to me and I aim to get back to you as quickly as I can. My communication whether through email or phone is genuine, honest, and unique to you (not some AI bot response!). I truly want to serve you well. After you confirm you'd like to move forward with booking, you will receive an email to complete your booking. This includes signing a contract, submitting retainer deposit via my website, and completing a questionnaire about your photo session. Your deposit and contract are required to secure your date! Also, A moment for the questionnaire--I generally review each and every one of these and use them to prepare for your session. They are especially helpful to direct me with the best way to interact with your little ones and to make me aware of any key shots you are hoping to get during your session. This is also when you will receive access to your personalized online styling service. Yes--It's included with your session!! I'll also send a portrait session guide with more helpful information to prepare you a couple of weeks before your portraits are scheduled. Last, but not least, a few days before your session I will either email or text you to confirm the photo session location, date, time and any other specific instructions you might need--parking, studio access, etc. I'm also always open to a phone call, inspo shots, whatever you want to throw my way. I like your photo session to feel collaborative, flowing, artistic, and uniquely you, after all these are YOUR special memories.
